Dorothy Dunnett Society Events
Although members often meet informally, the Dorothy Dunnett Society organises events throughout the year, in person and online. These are a chance to learn, enjoy lively conversation, explore fascinating places, and share our enthusiasm for Dorothy Dunnett.
Our Regular Events
The Dunnett Weekend
Each April we meet for a weekend of events, including lectures, a Gala Meal and excursions. Our AGM also takes place during this event.
International Dorothy Dunnett Day
Every year in November, groups around the world raise a toast to Dorothy Dunnett, and to absent friends.
Zoom Discussion Groups
We hold Zoom Discussion Groups for members. These can be reading groups, general discussion or focused on specific topics.
DunNETt Lectures
Twice per year, usually in February and September, we hold academic lectures online for our members.
