Zoom Discussion Groups
Do you need more time to discuss and celebrate all things Dunnett?
Are in-person events not easy to attend or just not often enough?
Then our Zoom Discussion Groups might be the answer.
We started our Zoom Discussion Groups to foster a sense of community and belonging among members of the Dorothy Dunnett Society, offering regular opportunities to meet, talk and share our enthusiasm. They have taken off, with groups now meeting regularly across the world. Being a Dunnett reader can sometimes be a lonely path, with many miles separating us, so it is wonderful to have a space where fellow readers can connect.
The groups meet regularly using the Society’s Zoom platform. They are member-led, with support available for group leaders, and are deliberately informal rather than following a set Society agenda. Each develops in the way that works best for its members. Some bring together people with a particular interest, some read and discuss the books together, while others are based around a geographical region or convenient time zone. Members are welcome to join as many groups as they wish.

Can’t see a group that suits you? New groups are developing all the time. Contact us and we may be able to match you with some like-minded Dunnett readers and help you start something new.
