John Johnson china mug
£9.99
In honour of Dorothy Dunnett's enigmatic Johnson Johnson, this white, bone china mug is decorated with a sea-green yacht (Dolly, of course!) and the opening line of Rum Affair (Dolly and the Singing Bird). Height approx 4 inches (10.5 cm). Capacity 12 fl oz (350 ml). The Dorothy Dunnett's unicorn device is on the back of the mug.
The Society's unicorn device is the creation of Charles Burnett (President of the Heraldry Society of Scotland), who based it on a design he drew up at Dorothy Dunnett's request and which met with her delighted approval.
